Don't get me wrong, I love motorcycles. I think they're great. But what kind of a jackass turns on his/her incredibly loud motorcycle at 2 in the morning and the revs the engine for half an hour? You woke up the whole freaking neighborhood! And your license plate is torched! It's like you want to have it towed.

The shopping carts
It's no secret that people take the shopping carts from all the nearby stores all the way down to the station. Every once in a while, though, someone will really impress me with a Target cart or Whole Foods cart. Both stores are at least two miles away. Then, as people got both more lazy and more creative, the electric shopping carts started showing up around the station. Props to whoever managed to steal those and get them all the way over here!

Getting the snow and ice off your car
After a snow, it is always interesting to see how people deal with the snow on their cars. About 75% of the people on Colfax do not have an ice scraper. Instead, they use things like:
1. A sleeve
2. A piece of cardboard
3. A kitchen spatula
4. A mini baseball bat
5. A broom
6. A broken CD

Our building's latest guest
There's a guy taking a nap on the concrete patio outside of the building. At 3:00 in the afternoon.

At the station today
A guy with a joint in his mouth slid gracefully down three handrails and onto the sidewalk below.
